EJ Lee

Eun Ju (EJ) Lee is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Tax and Funds & Investment Management practices.

EJ works with asset managers and institutional investors on fund formation, primary investments and secondary transactions. She assists managers with all stages of fundraising, compensation structuring and GP-stakes deals, and high net worth investors, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, and Fortune 500 not-for-profit organizations in connection with various LP transactions.
