Isabelle Kim is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Specifically, she is part of the Global Mobility & Migration Practice. Isabelle brings over four years of experience in US employment and family-based immigration. Her practice has focused on nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E, R-1, I, F) and immigrant (PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, green card) processes for clients leading the automation engineering, cost management, infrastructure, manufacturing, higher education, and arts sectors. Drawing on her experience with US visa strategy, Isabelle communicates complex immigration policy to business leaders, HR professionals, and foreign nationals. She seeks to find the best path forward for individuals, considering all potential immigration avenues.
Isabelle obtained her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, serving as the Executive Publications Editor of the West Virginia Law Review, Oralist in Jessup International Moot Court, and Student Attorney for both the U.S. Supreme Court Clinic and Immigration Law Clinic. Before law school, Isabelle graduated with a B.A. in Theatre from James Madison University.
