Clients turn to Emily’s extensive experience in immigration-related submissions to the US Department of Homeland Security, US Department of Labor, and the US Department of State, including employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant filings as well as family-based matters. Emily’s representative experience includes:

• Managing H-1B registrations and petitions for high-volume and first-time sponsoring companies, including strategic planning for complex hiring scenarios
• Guiding clients through employment-based green card sponsorship, including the PERM labor certification process, from initiation through approval of permanent residency
• Advising clients in connection with Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and PERM audits
