Overview
Rebecca Davenport is a counsel in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of its Employment & Benefits practice. She focuses her practice on advising clients with respect to qualified retirement plan design and administration and issues relating to welfare benefits. Rebecca also has extensive experience advising clients with respect to employee benefits and executive compensation issues in corporate transactions, including all aspects of employment agreements, equity-based compensation arrangements, deferred compensation plans and golden parachute payments.
Rebecca joined Mayer Brown in 2004.
