Claire Choi represents financial institutions in a broad range of syndicated finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border financings and project sponsors, developers and commercial lenders on the project development and financing of power, oil & gas and infrastructure projects.
She has worked on the project financing aspects of market-leading transactions for energy power projects advising clients on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of a broad range of project and finance documents and the full suite of finance documents for limited and non-recourse project financings. Claire also has experience on project development aspects of market-leading transactions advising clients in relation to a range of LNG matters including M&A and project developments.Experiencia
