Mayer Brown wins "Deal of the Year" and two individual honors at the 2026 IFLR Americas Awards

Mayer Brown earned three honors at the 2026 IFLR Americas Awards, including a “Deal of the Year” award and two individual recognitions.

The firm’s honors include:

• Deal of the Year: Project Finance – Georgia Department of Transportation SR 400 Express Lanes Project
  Mayer Brown advised SR 400 Peach Partners, LLP, a consortium of Meridiam, Acciona and ACS, on the financial close of the approximately $11 billion SR 400 Express Lanes Project, a public-private partnership with the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority.

• Partner of the Year: Project Finance – Stephanie Wagner
  Projects & Infrastructure partner Stephanie Wagner advises public- and private-sector clients on complex infrastructure and public finance matters, with extensive experience in public-private partnership transactions. She led Mayer Brown’s work on the award-winning SR 400 Express Lanes Project.

• Rising Star: Equity Capital Markets – Ana Estrada
  Capital Markets associate Ana Estrada advises clients on equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions, including private and public offerings, as well as on corporate governance matters, working with US and foreign, especially Latin American issuers, and the investment banks that finance them.
