Mayer Brown strengthens leveraged finance and private capital capabilities with addition of Justin Hewett in Houston

Justin represents private credit funds, commercial banks, and other institutional lenders in a broad range of domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions, including growth capital financings, acquisition financings, corporate lending, and related restructurings and workouts. He advises clients on both sponsor-backed and non-sponsor-backed transactions, including financings involving complex collateral structures, intercreditor arrangements, and cross-border collateral issues. Justin also advises on equity-linked features that often arise in growth financing transactions, including convertible debt, warrants, and preferred equity.
