Mayer Brown advises BNP Paribas, BBVA México, Natixis, and Scotiabank México in project financing for data center expansion

Mayer Brown advised BNP Paribas, BBVA México, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Natixis, and Scotiabank México, as lenders, in connection with a $180 million project finance facility extended to Ascenty Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., a leading data center platform in Latin America. The financing will support the expansion of two data centers located in the State of Querétaro, Mexico.

The New York-based Mayer Brown team was led by Banking & Finance partner Juan Pablo Moreno and included associates Luis Schrader, Anna Yin and Michelle Kung.
