MAYER BROWN ADVISES UBS AG ON SALE OF SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING

Mayer Brown represented UBS AG in its agreement to sell Select Portfolio Servicing, the US mortgage servicing business of Credit Suisse to a consortium of buyers. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
