Mayer Brown launches latest global guide on trends in technology and outsourcing transactions

Mayer Brown has launched its latest guide, “Lessons Learned from Major Technology & IP Transactions,” which draws on the perspectives of firm lawyers who have advised on outsourcing, technology and intellectual property (IP) transactions around the world.

Authored by lawyers in the firm’s global Technology & IP Transactions practice, Outsourcing practice, and Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice, the guide is intended to help in-house counsel, executives and other stakeholders navigate the evolving legal landscape surrounding technology and IP transactions. Topics include addressing uncertainty in technology and outsourcing deals, deal negotiation processes, customer-facing platform deals, open data, artificial intelligence (AI), new regulations of AI and data, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation deals.
