Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises BTG Pactual on investment into Dhama Capital

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised BTG Pactual on its R$ 500 million investment into Dhama Capital, including a minority investment in the company and resources for two funds to be managed by Dhama Capital. The firm assisted BTG Pactual in drafting and negotiating the investment contract and the shareholders' agreement with the founding partners of Dhama Capital (Fabiana Moraes, Felipe Bergmann and Luana Ladeira), as well as in drafting and negotiating the investment commitment related to the funds to be managed by the company.

The team was led by partners Bruno Salzano and Carlos Motta, and associate Maurício Veiga, from the Corporate & M&A practice, with the participation of partner Priscilla Santos, from the Banking and Finance area, and associate Gabriella Khouri, from the Corporate & M&A practice.
