Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Atlas Renewable Energy on the acquisition of rights to develop Vista Alegre Project

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Atlas Renewable Energy (a company focused on the development, construction and operation of large renewable energy projects) on the acquisition, from individuals as well as an investment fund, of companies that hold the rights to develop a photovoltaic power generation project called Vista Alegre, located in the State of Minas Gerais, with an installed capacity of 720MWp.

The team was led by partner Débora Yanasse from the Energy practice, and included the participation of partner Bruno Salzano and associate Bruno Ribeiro, both from the Infrastructure department.
