Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises on the first issue of debentures by CSN Mineração

Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C) in association with Mayer Brown, advised XP Investimentos, BTG Pactual, UBS BB and Banco Safra, as placement agents, in the context of the 1st debentures issuance by CSN Mineração. The issuance involves two series of debentures totaling approximately US$270 million (R$1.4 billion). The issuance was carried out by means of public offering, under CVM Rule No. 400. The debentures of both series were issued with income tax benefits pursuant to Law No. 12,431 (infrastructure debentures).
