Mayer Brown represents Deutsche Bank in credit facility for City of Barranquilla, Colombia
A Mayer Brown Banking & Finance team represented Deutsche Bank AG in connection with a $100 million senior credit facility for the City of Barranquilla, Colombia.
The proceeds of the facility will be used to repay certain existing indebtedness and for the financing of infrastructure projects which are part of the development plan of the City for the years 2020 to 2023.
