Mayer Brown partner Glenn Vanzura named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2021 “LA500” list

Mayer Brown announced that Litigation & Dispute Resolution partner Glenn Vanzura (Los Angeles) has been selected to Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) “LA500” list in the Law category for the second consecutive year. The LA500 recognizes Los Angeles’ most influential leaders and executives.

Mr. Vanzura focuses his practice on securities litigation, complex business litigation, white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations. His Mayer Brown team recently won a complete dismissal of a multimillion-dollar federal securities class action filed against a public company and certain of its officers, LABJ noted in his profile. LABJ also highlighted Mr. Vanzura’s first-chair trial experience, including a recent civil arbitration in which he led his clients to a complete defense victory after a week-long review of a real estate partnership dispute involving more than $50 million in alleged damages.

Mr. Vanzura is active in the LA community, including serving on the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Judicial Elections Evaluation Committee. He has also dedicated himself to pro bono matters, including the representation of low-income tenants and former members of the US armed services.
