ABA Business Law Annual Meeting

The ABA Business Law Section is holding its 2026 Annual Meeting in Atlanta on April 16, 2026 and will offer over several interactive programs by leading industry practitioners.

Financial services lawyer Kerri Webb will lead a panel that examines the legal implications of life without the physical penny. Bank regulatory partner Matt Bisanz will lead a panel that assesses the progress to date in implementing the GENIUS Act for payment stablecoins. Consumer regulatory partner Eric Mitzenmacher will lead a roundtable on AI issues related to consumer financial services and products.
