USD School of Law Transfer Pricing Innovation Symposium

On March 27, 2026, tax partner Jason Osborn will present on a panel titled "Competent Authority Simulation" at the USD School of Law Transfer Pricing Innovation Symposium.

The symposium will cover a range of topics, including ethics, tax policy updates, transfer pricing methods and their varied application across jurisdictions, the implications of Loper Bright, Competent Authority processes, privilege and penalty considerations, litigation processes, and the valuation of intangibles. As in past years, the program will feature simulations, debates, and other audience-engaging formats.
