Mayer Brown's Capital Markets and Financial Services Regulatory Team cordially invites you to our 30-minute Know-How Webinars. Over the course of this series, we will report on the main 2026 developments relevant to capital markets, structured products, derivatives, and financial regulatory practitioners.

This webinar will focus on key items you should consider for MTN and structured note programme updates in 2026.

Notably, there are two significant developments that will require additional consideration when updating MTN and structured note programmes this year. On January 19 2026, The UK Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024 came into effect in the UK. On June 5 2026, the Level II provisions following the Listing Act changes to the EU Prospectus Regulation will come into force and we expect publication of the final rules very soon.

In our webinar, we will guide you through the most relevant topics for your programme update work in 2026 as well as the legal and practical impacts of these important regulatory changes.
