9th ICC Africa Conference on International Arbitration

The 9th ICC Africa Conference on International Arbitration was held in Nairobi Kenya on 29 and 30 May 2025, bringing together top international practitioners and academics to for discussions on the theme of “International Arbitration in Africa: Africa's Role in shaping the next era of Alternative Dispute Resolution”.

Kwadwo Sarkodie spoke on the second day of the conference, as part of a panel discussing “Demystifying the Damages Assessment in International Arbitration”
