Overview
Ryan M. Mardini is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the firm's Corporate and Securities practice. Ryan focuses his practice on advising publicly held and privately owned companies and financial sponsors on a variety of transactions matters, including U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments (including advising private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on various complex platform and add-on acquisitions), majority and minority investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.
