Magnus Karlberg is a Corporate & Securities partner in Mayer Brown’s San Francisco office. Magnus advises private and public companies as well as investors on a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, venture financings, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Magnus counsels clients in a wide range of industries, including the life science, consumer goods, insurance, banking and energy sectors, and often with a focus on emerging technologies. 

Magnus has been a secondee with the M&A departments of Nestlé S.A. in Switzerland and MetLife Inc. in New York, and is a frequent law school guest lecturer on mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments.
