Mayer Brown advised SFR FTTH Network on the structuring of the acquisition of the Covage group

Paris - Mayer Brown advised SFR FTTH Network on the structuring of the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Covage, the fourth largest fiber network operator in France, for €1 billion, from the investment funds Cube Infrastructure and Partners Group.

SFR FTTH Network is an indirect joint subsidiary of Altice France and a consortium of investors formed by Allianz Capital Partners, AXA Investment Managers-Real Assets and OMERS Infrastructure, dedicated to the deployment of fiber in medium-density areas.

The Mayer Brown team advised SFR FTTH Network and its shareholders on the structuring of the transaction. The team was composed of Laurent Borey, Partner, Nicolas Danan, Counsel, Louis Nayberg and Alexia Artigas, Associates.
