Jon Smith concentrates on real estate finance. He acts for both domestic and overseas clients on a wide variety of real estate financing and investment transactions, including high value investment and development financings for both borrowers and lenders. 

Jon joined Mayer Brown in 2021 from another high ranked real estate finance team at a global law firm.
