Lisa Dubot, global professional support lawyer for the International Arbitration practice, joined Mayer Brown in 2019 and is based in the Paris office. She is responsible for developing strategy and implementing projects to meet the practice’s knowledge needs, providing legal and practical support through resource management, thought leadership, group training and mentoring junior lawyers. Lisa also maintains the firm’s database of precedent arbitration clauses and other arbitration documents, and coordinates evaluation and implementation of technology to help the practice’s lawyers leverage internal and external knowledge to deliver exceptional client service.

Lisa’s prior experience includes work as Counsel at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), where through managing scores of cases through the arbitration process she gained valuable insight into LCIA practice and procedure and forged relationships with arbitrators and tribunal secretaries, and also eight years as a lawyer in the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution practices at other large law firms, focusing on clients in the energy sector, advising on a wide range of high profile international arbitrations, including institutional, ad hoc and investment treaty arbitrations.
