Advanced Swaps and Other Derivatives 2022

Practising Law Institute will host a hybrid program, Advanced Swaps and Other Derivatives 2022 from October 18-19, 2022 featuring Mayer Brown partners Curtis Doty and Mark Leeds. On October 19, Curtis will speak as part of the panel “Enforcement Trends, Litigation, Insolvency and Resolution Authority: Safe Harbors; Orderly Liquidation”, and Mark will participate as part of the panel “Derivatives Taxation”.
