2022 Fall Annual Meeting and Education Conference

The American College of Investment Counsel will host the 2022 Fall Annual Meeting and Education Conference this October. Mayer Brown Partner, Anna Pinedo, will join the October 20 panel, “Gone Baby Gone,” addressing unique private placement structures and how they have developed, how investors view these structures when co-investing alongside insurance companies, and how the NAIC is expected to address these structures as part of its forthcoming proposal to update and clarify the bond definition.
