REVERSEinquiries Workshop: Bank Regulatory Developments Recap

分享

The end of 2020 brought a flurry of rulemaking as the agencies adopted regulatory reforms and began to prepare for new priorities under the Biden Administration. Many of these regulatory reforms became effective near the end of 2020 or will become effective in the coming months. Please join Mayer Brown regulatory lawyers, Jeffrey Taft and Matthew Bisanz, as they discuss:

  • The amendments to the covered fund provisions of the Volcker Rule;
  • The finalization of the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) requirement;
  • The further tailoring of prudential standards under the Dodd-Frank Act; and
  • The implementation of the Federal Reserve’s rules for determining control.
