Hong Kong Intellectual Property partner Gabriela Kennedy delivered a lecture entitled “IP and Data Privacy Issues for Healthcare Students and Professionals" to postgraduate students at a reputable university on 21 November 2020. The lecture was in a hybrid format, with Gabriela and some students in attendance at the university and others participating via a live stream. Gabriela's class covered copyright and data privacy and incorporated many case studies crafted to reflect issues relevant to healthcare professionals, as a result, the class was interactive.
