Nicolette Kost de Sèvres spoke on October 15 at the Global Anti-corruption & Compliance Summit in Paris at a conference entitled "Compliance: analysis of new US and European trends. What impact for companies?" alongside Audrey Morin (Schneider Electric), Didier Wisselmann (Renault Group) and Roxana Family (CY Cergy Paris University).

On September 30 2020, the SEC, (US, Securities & Exchange Commission) announced in a press release that “this year the SEC has made a record 39 individual awards of approximately $175 million, more than in any prior fiscal year”. In addition, according to its press release published on November 19, 2020, the SEC has awarded up to that date “more than $721 million to 114 individuals since issuing its first award in 2012”. On June 1, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) published its latest guidelines on the evaluation of compliance programs. What are the impacts for companies? What is the international cooperation with the French Financial Prosecutor's Office and the French Anti-Corruption Agency ? What room for maneuver do companies have when the rules of the game have a direct impact on their economic development and competitiveness?
