Preparation of a virtual hearing and mock cross-examination of an expert

Our Paris-based International Arbitration partner Dany Khayat spoke on Monday, 6 July 2020, at the Diales - Expert Witness services' seminar “Preparation of a virtual hearing and mock cross-examination of an expert” organized as part of the first day of the Paris Arbitration Week. The session was moderated by Paul Battrick, and the panel was composed of Emmanuelle Becker Paul, Tom Owen, Dany Khayat, David Brown, Michelangelo Cicogna and Alasdair Snadden.

The first part focused on how to prepare for a successful virtual hearing and the challenges that these virtual hearings create, while in the second part, speakers engaged in the cross-examination of a construction expert.
