In this live webinar, the speakers explored the experiences of parties’ behaviors in construction arbitration, in which very often, a large part of developments, pleadings and expectation of awards encompasses broader subjects than financial relief. The panelists shared their thoughts on this psychological side of proceedings, sometimes representing a significant part of the effort and time of the procedure, and how it may be specific to construction arbitration.
