Financial Transactions: OECD Guidance and COVID-19 Considerations

This webinar will focus on intragroup financial transactions in light of the Transfer Pricing Guidance on Financial Transactions released by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in February 2020. We will review guidance on specific issues, including loans, treasury function and guarantees. We will also discuss whether and how the analysis is affected by the COVID-19 environment.
