Susan Rabinowitz is counsel in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Her practice focuses on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling. Susan represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities across a variety of industries. She maintains a broad M&A practice, representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Susan also advises public companies on a range of corporate governance, securities law compliance and reporting matters.

- Represented CDPQ on USD 3 billion equity investment in Invenergy Renewables Holdings LLC.
- Represented CDPQ with respect to its investment in the Invenergy-sponsored New York Bight offshore wind project.
- Represented MUFG, as lead arranger, in the construction loan for Kings Point Wind Farm (150 MW) and North Fork Wind Farm (150 MW), sponsored by Algonquin being developed in Missouri. The Kings Point and North Fork wind farms will generate a total of about 300 MW.
