Frankfurt – Mayer Brown is advising the global specialty chemicals company Albemarle Corporation on the sale of two sites of its subsidiary, Dynamit Nobel GmbH, in Fürth and Sulzbach-Rosenberg to the ammunition and pyrotechnics manufacturer RWS GmbH. Following the notarization of the transaction on December 12, 2023, the parties now intend to complete the sale at the beginning of the new year.
