Sarah Walsh-Cairns is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Sarah's practice focuses on advising a broad range of institutional lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and other market participants on complex financing transactions. She regularly works on a wide range of financing matters, including credit agreements, asset-based lending facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, term loans, and revolving credit facilities. Sarah has experience advising clients across a variety of industries, including consumer retail, asset management, life sciences, telecommunications, and insurance technology.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Sarah earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her bachelor's degree from Colgate University.
