Jakub Telicka, senior associate, has a range of experience representing originators, lenders and purchasers on securitisations, warehouse financings and forward flow transactions relating to a range of asset classes, including residential mortgages and corporate loans. Jakub also has experience with trade receivables financings and CLOs.
Jakub joined Mayer Brown in 2022 from a leading international law firm.
