Kyle M. Tang

Kyle Tang advises clients in critical commercial and technology transactions, with a focus on those involving IP, data, software, and AI. He structures, drafts, and negotiates agreements for licensing arrangements, cloud services, manufacturing and supply arrangements, digital platforms, sourcing, managed services, and R&D. He has represented clients in an array of industries, including aerospace, chemicals, financial services, and renewable energy.

Kyle leverages this experience to assist clients with the technology, integration, and IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, venture financings, and other general corporate transactions.
