Camilla Tagliabue is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Camilla represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, hybrid capital investments, co-investments, and joint ventures. Camilla has experience advising on complex transactions across Europe, including in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Italy, as well as in the United States. She works with clients investing across a wide variety of industries, including payment processing, manufacturing, infrastructure, consumer products, and asset management.
