Connor Schuster is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office and a member of the Fund Finance practice. He represents financial institutions in connection with subscription credit facilities and other fund-level financing transactions for private equity and real estate funds.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Connor was an associate at a regional law firm in Washington, D.C., where he advised on a range of financing matters, including convertible debt transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.
