- The coordinating lead arrangers, lenders, issuing banks, and agents in an approximately $1.1 billion green loan facility for the construction of three utility-scale solar generation projects in Tennessee, Ohio, and Indiana.
- A power producer in the development and construction of a combined-cycle gas-fired power generation and LNG import terminal project in the Dominican Republic.
- A government-affiliated lender in the project financing of a gold mining project in Nevada.
- Morgan Stanley, as lead underwriter, in an approximately $2.5 billion unrated private activity bond issuance for the Brightline West high-speed passenger rail project.
