Serena Mussoni

Italian and English qualified Serena Mussoni's main practice areas include structured finance, debt capital market and general lending. She advises leading UK, Italian and international financial institutions, as well as issuers, on a wide range of ordinary and cross-border finance transactions.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2022, Serena worked from the Milan office of one of the leading US law firms.
