Geral
Jaspreet represents wearable device and other consumer technology clients in patent matters in front of the International Trade Commission, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and U.S. District Courts. Jaspreet is a registered patent attorney and leverages her background in biomedical engineering to bring knowledge in mechanical device design, biometric measurements, and data processing to litigation in various forums. Jaspreet has represented clients in both defending and challenging patents at the International Trade Commission and U.S. District Court as well as defending patents in post-grant proceedings.
In a pro bono capacity, Jaspreet represents clients in immigration proceedings at U.S. Customs and Immigration Services as well as asylum proceedings in Virginia immigration court.
