Before joining Mayer Brown in 2023, Duc served several years as an associate for an independent European commercial law firm in the field of real estate law in Frankfurt.

Advised:

• BEOS AG on the disposal of two building plots of the "Frankfurt Westside" neighborhood development with a total area of approx. 63,000 sqm. Purchaser of the partial heritable building right for the two areas is global data center operator CyrusOne.
• The Carlyle Group on the acquisition of the German self-storage operator myStorage including a portfolio consisting of seven self-storage properties. The acquisition was made as a joint venture together with the British self-storage operator Safestore.
• CAIROS Group on the acquisition of a multi-tenant office building complex in Cologne.
