Edward represents leading developers on energy matters, as well as financial institutions that finance renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, geothermal, and biomass. His experience spans debt finance, tax equity and tax credit transfer transactions in the US renewable sector, as well as financing of energy projects on an international scale, including projects in Brazil, Canada, and Mexico. He advises sponsors, borrowers, lenders, arrangers, and equity investors in all sectors of renewable energy, including standalone utility-scale energy storage projects. Edward also has experience with conventional power and energy infrastructure projects, including their acquisitions and dispositions.

- An affiliate of Goldman Sachs Renewable Power in connection with the acquisition of over 200 distributed generation solar projects in nine states totaling 233 MW.*
- A power energy wholesaler in a private placement underwritten by four institutional investors.*
