Jordan Hilton litigates complex commercial matters across a variety of legal contexts, including class actions, privacy-related litigation, and mass torts, and has extensive experience in all stages of litigation and arbitration, including pleadings and motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeal.

Jordan’s recent and ongoing representations as a lead associate include: a healthcare company in an ERISA class action; an energy company in a mass tort case; and a multinational automobile manufacturer in various complex commercial disputes.

Jordan is also active in the community. He maintains a substantial pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers in conjunction with the Immigration Justice Campaign, and inmates in post-conviction proceedings in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center. Jordan also serves on the Tech Committee of the Salt Lake Chamber.
