Jason Huebinger represents companies across the country in litigation involving Title VII, § 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, employment-related torts, noncompete agreements, nonsolicitation agreements, claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Jason has substantial experience drafting employment policies and contracts, and often advises clients regarding ways to minimize litigation risks and protect confidential and trade secret information. Jason is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Jason frequently represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters in federal and state court. He has extensive courtroom experience and has handled numerous jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and injunctive hearings in Texas and other states. He takes an aggressive—yet thoughtful—approach toward litigation, remaining cognizant of the business implications of high-stakes trial work.

- Obtained a temporary restraining order preventing a client's former employee from misappropriating confidential and trade secret information in violation of the employee's restrictive covenants.
- Obtained dismissal of a retaliation claim asserted by a client's former employee.
