Bruno Erard helps private equity funds, managers and entrepreneurs and national and multinational groups on their tax management, and especially on structuring of their acquisitions, mergers, and reorganizations.

His practice also focuses on tax due diligence and structuring employee shareholding plans.

He also assists clients on management investment structuring, tax audits and litigations.

In addition to French, Bruno is fluent in English.

• Advised the founder and management team of Destia, the French leader in home care services for the elderly and people with disabilities, in connection with a new LBO involving the investment of new investors – Bpifrance, Three Hills, Turenne Santé and VYV  – and the reinvestment of existing investors led by Siparex ETI.
