Private M&A/PE Transactions
- Represented Carlyle Group Inc. on the acquisition of HCP Global, a leading Chinese packaging firm, from Baring Private Equity Asia, for approximately US$1 billion. This transaction was named “Deals of the Year” by China Business Law Journal.
- Represented The Blackstone Group on its acquisition of Interplex Holdings Pte. Ltd., a multi-technological company headquartered in Singapore, which was owned by funds managed by Baring Private Equity Asia, in a transaction valued at approximately US$1.6 billion.
- Represented Bain Capital with respect to investment in a biotechnology company.
- Represented Primavera Capital with respect to investment in a bike-sharing platform.
- Represented CIC Capital with respect to investment in an online education platform.
- Represented Primavera Capital with respect to investment in an artificial intelligence company.
- Represented Webull Corporation with respect to its series C and D fund raising.
