Megan L. Cicotte

Megan Cicotte is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office. Megan assists lenders with structuring, negotiating and documenting credit facilities and other complex fund finance transactions with a focus on delivering both strategic insight and practical solutions. She works collaboratively with senior partners and cross-practice teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for sophisticated clients.

Megan graduated with honors from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and Purdue University. She serves on Mayer Brown’s Recruiting Committee and Women’s Forum.
