Kellie Constantine's practice focuses on commercial litigation and labor and employment law. She represents companies in commercial contract disputes, in employment discrimination matters, and in litigation involving trade secret misappropriation, non-compete agreements, and other restrictive covenant obligations arising from employee departures. Kellie also advises clients on their employment agreements, assesses risk of exposure from employee claims, and counsels on labor and employment matters arising in the context of corporate transactions.
Licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, she represents clients across state lines and brings a regional perspective to her practice. With a year of federal clerkship experience, she has honed her writing and research skills, which she utilizes to address her clients’ needs swiftly and effectively.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Kellie earned her law degree from Tulane University, where she served as notes and comments editor of the Tulane Law Review. While at Tulane, she received national recognition for her writing, winning the prestigious Burton Award. Prior to entering private practice, Kellie served as a law clerk to United States District Judge Elizabeth Foote.
